As a counselling practitioner, I hold immense value in seeing each individual as a whole being that is bravely stepping into the work of self discovery. Healing is not a linear process, but as your counsellor, I promise to walk by your side and create safety as we work through each part that come up. I work with individuals looking for relief from anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, break ups and grief.
